RSS feeds mean you never have to miss another article or new journal issue from Natural Frequency. When you subscribe to the Natural Frequency feed it will let you know as soon as fresh content appears on our site -- handy!

Even if you are unfamiliar with news feeds, they are pretty easy to use.

First you need to download / install software that can collect the feeds for you. There are many dedicated newsreader applications like FeedDemon (for Windows) or NetNewsWire (for Mac), or some browsers such as Firefox and Opera (for all platforms) and Safari 2.0 (for Mac), that natively read RSS feeds.

Using our RSS feeds

Once you have a newsreader or RSS capable browser, simply copy the URL from any RSS Feed icon that appears on Natural Frequency. Then paste this URL into the newreader's "subscribe" dialogue and you're away!
