Diffuse reflectance of non-clear glass rd -- Algorithm 2.37
The reflectance of glass is required for calculations of the average
reflectance of a room For non-clear glass the variation of diffuse reflectance
rd with KL values less than 2.0 has been derived using
the data of Petherbridge.
